To qualify for this position you must have an upbeat, proactive personality, 1-3 years experience successfully selling IT, managed IT or other services to clients in the mid-size range.  
You will generate and develop business opportunities through new client relationships. SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

**Solid B2B experience in Managed IT Services.
**Proven record of success in a business with solid selling skills

**Savvy with systems such as a CRM, as well as MS Outlook for appointment setting

Cell Phone/Tablet Repair Tech

​MAC Specialist


We are looking for a strong, self-driven MAC Repair Specialist to support our Repair Service in Prince Frederick, MD.  You will be troubleshooting and repairing iMACs and Mac Books received from our clients throughout the various county's throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia.

​Job Summary:
Looking for an Apple Support/Repair Technician to be part of the service desk staff and ensure that users receive excellent service. This involves prioritization, resolution and completion of escalated tickets of end-user help requests.

Job Duties:
• An Apple Support/Repair Technician to serve as a project lead and break/fix technician for a wide variety of user MAC technologies.
• A senior IT professional who is polished, articulate and presentable with exceptional customer service skills and proven record in supporting users with diverse levels of experience.
• Macintosh experience including mid to expert level support of MAC computers, iPhone, iPad.
• A working knowledge of integrating MAC systems into an Active Directory Domain environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge and ability to remotely manage client systems
• Experience with security and anti-virus products for MAC and Windows
• Understanding Active Directory and network accounts and relationships to effectively support end-users
• Understand basic networking technologies (LAN/WAN and wireless)
• MAC Server experience a plus

​Our team of Cellphone Repair Technicians keep our customers connected by repairing their mobile devices. You’ll work at our repair center and be the face of C2’s cell phone and tablet service delivering our award-winning personalized customer resolution experience.

What will you do?
  • Engage with and reassure customers that we aim to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Resolve customer issues relating to equipment problems by fixing phones, tablets and other consumer electronics by determining the most effective repair method.
  • Meet or exceed key performance objectives including service and repair metrics.
  • Perform various inventory tasks such as counting and monitoring inventory levels.
  • Demonstrate C2's Core Values in all interactions.

If you’re a good fit for the job, you’ll have:
  • Six months face-to-face customer service experience
  • Should have experience in repairing Iphone, Samsung, LG Phones as well as Ipads and others
  • Six months experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work any hours between 10 AM EST to 5 PM EST (Monday through Friday)

Desktop/Field Tech (Part Time)


​We are looking for a strong, self-driven Desktop/Field Technician to support our managed service clients.  You will be supporting our clients throughout, Calvert, Charles, Prince Georges, Howard, and Anne Arundel Counties.  C2 Computer Information Systems, Inc., is now accepting resumes to join our team!  The right candidate will have at least (2) two years experience as a PC technician. 

Basic Qualifications:


  • High school diploma
  • Two or more years of desktop support experience
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software
  • Strong knowledge and demonstrated ability of custom builds

  • Ability to follow printed and verbal instructions
