Salesman/Account Manager

To qualify for this position you must have an upbeat, proactive personality, 3-4 years experience successfully selling managed IT services to clients in the small to mid-size range. You must be a competitor who needs to win and will work tirelessly to affect a successful outcome from any competitive situation in which you find yourself. Your compensation will be 100% commission and performance based bonuses.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

More than 2 years of business to business sales experience. May have sold HW or SW. Perhaps sold for Value Added Reseller selling professional services. You will manage your territory, grow a pipeline of business and cultivate accounts from cold calls through to highly referring accounts. You must be a self-starter with sales aptitude, self-motivated while being an enthusiastic team player with an understanding of managing and growing a sales territory. Excellence in trouble-shooting and problem solving are a must. Be experienced with Sales or Business Development in a commission-driven environment Have access to reliable transportation with the ability to travel to various locations on a daily basis. Know how to manage your own time and work outside of normal business hours. Have knowledge of various sales methodologies and practices.

Desktop /PC Repair/ Help Desk/ Field Technician

We are looking for strong self-driven PC Repair, Desktop and Helpdesk Technicians to support our managed services clients and our PC Repair and Technology Center in Prince Frederick. You will be supporting our clients throughout, Calvert, Charles, and Prince Georges Counties. C2 Computer Information Systems, Inc., is now accepting resumes for  upcoming projects with our team.  The right candidate will have at least (2) two years experience as a PC technician. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Two or more years of field support experience 
  • Experience with Windows Enterprise 2003/2008 
  • Experience working with customer technology and support requirements
  • Active Directory experience
  • Strong knowledge of hardware
  • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure 
  • Ability to use Microsoft office tools 

Other Qualifications:

  • A+ certification is a big plus
  • Graduate with Computer Technology Certification
  • Cat5 cabling experience
  • Trouble Shooting Experience
  • Site Survey Experience

Responsibilities include:

  • Dispatch and receipt via Remedy Software
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of problems reported to the help desk
  • Relocation/move coordination
  • Software/hardware installation/configuration/repair
  • Policy enforcement (e-mail/Internet)
  • Printer maintenance/repair
  • Conducting employee setup checklists
  • Conducting exit employee checklists
  • Providing AVR support
  • Provide disaster recovery support
  • Provide data recovery
  • Ghosting desktop and laptop compute
  • Other desktop support related tasks as assigned 
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, Internet and Phone Lines
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
  • Talking staff/clients through a series of actions either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues
  • Hardware/Software add-ons
  • Smartphone repair (iPhone, Samsung. Etc) a Plus*
  • Replacing Memory/Hard Drive/Motherboard
  • Non-technical tear down of towers, displays and handheld
  • Windows Server, Mac Server & Linux Server Experience
  • Troubleshooting POS Systems
  • Proficient in Information Security Systems
  • Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
  • Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications
  • Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs
  • Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
  • Testing and evaluating new technology
  • Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
  • Weekends, shift and on-call work may be required
