POSITION DETAILS Serving customers by diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing devices while ensuring customer satisfaction. Micro Soldering and console experience would be a plus!
TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment.
Diagnose and repair devices.
Provide recommendations and resolutions to the customers regarding their device.
Explain technical issues to customers in a simple to understand manner.
Making sure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
Keep track of all devices and keeping inventory updated.
Maintain a clean work area clean, and a clean and organized appearance of the retail space.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a High School Diploma or GED or Technical Diploma.
Must have demonstrable cell phone repair experience
