On-Site and Off-Site Training
C2 understands that classroom facilities play an integral role in learning success. If a student is uncomfortable or does not have the necessary tools and amenities, he or she will be unable to focus on the material and unable to learn. If your organization does not have a formal training room, C2 can arrange an off-site training location for your staff. Or, if your organization has the necessary training equipment, but needs it to be properly configured for a training session, C2 can provide that service for you.
C2 offers both individual and group classroom training sessions for those organizations that prefer a more formal approach to learning new software. Training is provided at the client's site or an arranged training location. Each student uses a classroom personal computer and follows the directions of the instructor to proceed through lessons and hands-on exercises that cover the features of the application. C2 prefers to maintain small class sizes; generally no more than 10 students per class session. C2 provides flexible instructional staff to ensure that while the group covers the course information together, individual needs are met while the course is in progress.
C2 understands that in today's business environment, the culture is changing and it is commonly being requested, that C2 provide it's clients with Desk-Side training in order to satisfy a client's particular need. In these cases, C2 has an on-site trainer assist clients by providing clear and concise instruction through an experienced and knowledgable instructor who is readily available to provide "just in time" training to employees at the convenience of their desk.
C2 has instructors at numerous client sites, walking the floors, wearing nametags, ready to assist the employees. This allows the company to have a walking "Help-Desk" at its disposal. These instructors provide assistance and training for employees "just in time" as end user questions and problems arise. At other client sites, the arrangement is more formal. Employees may register in advance for a block of time with the instructor to cover a topic that may require some formal instruction, but not a full six hours of group training.
Executive Level Training
When it comes to executive level employees and business owners, C2 takes a different approach when providing instructions to these personnel.
C2 has instructors who specialize in executive level needs and provide appropriate and effective desk-side coaching with these individuals. Typically, the sessions run rather short, many times in the early morning or late evening hours, and the topics covered span a number of different computer applications such as email, word processing and internet browsing. These executive coaching sessions are highly customized and extremely flexible to completely satisfy the executive's needs.
