IT Augmentation
C2 Computer Information Systems, Inc has been extended an opportunity to provide IT staff augmentation for several high value clients such as the District of Columbia's Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) and Maryland State Government. - 1-3 years experience software training and/or technical support

Computer Specialists (Field Technicians) - C2 Computer Information Systems, Inc., is now accepting resumes for possible upcoming contract. The right candidate will have at least (2) two years experience as a PC technician.
Basic Qualifications:
• High school diploma
• Two or more years of field support experience
• Experience with Windows Enterprise 2003/2007
• Experience working with customer technology and support requirements
• Active Directory experience
• Strong knowledge of hardware
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure
• Ability to use Microsoft office tools
Other Qualifications:
• Good interpersonal skills to work with customers and other unit personne
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to resolve hardware and equipment problems
Responsibilities include:
- Dispatch and receipt via Remedy Software
- Troubleshooting and resolution of problems reported to the Helpdesk
- Relocation/move coordination
- Software/hardware installation/configuration/repair
- Policy enforcement (e-mail/Internet)
- Printer maintenance/repair
- Conducting employee setup checklists
- Conducting exit employee checklists
- Providing InfoLinks support
- Providing AVR support
- Provide disaster recovery support
- Ghosting desktop and laptop compute
- Other desktop support related tasks as assigned
